Return Policy
We will only be able to accept returns for products purchased from our website.
Products once purchased are non-refundable.
An item may be eligible for return within 4 days from the date of delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
Received in a physically damaged condition
A wrong order has been received if your package fulfils the above condition
You would need to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at arthamorprivateltd@gmail.com
Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow-up email from our team.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 4 working days of receipt of the returned product(s).
Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter. Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note for www.arthamor.com or a replacement product will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
Refund Policy
An in-store credit of the refundable amount will be sent to you within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which ArthAmor receives returned goods in an unused state.
Cancellation policy
Kindly send us an email at arthamorprivateltd@gmail.com with specific reasons for the cancellation.
Prepaid orders: If the order is not shipped, it can be cancelled. Prepaid order refunds are given in the form of a store credit.
